Same-day is only offered on a morning collection, and only for services that can genuinely be turned around in a day. The booking form hides it the moment your basket holds something slower.
You pay for the real weight
Weight-based services are an estimate when you book and charged on what the scales read when the bag arrives. Under the estimate, the difference goes back.
We read the label first
Everything is sorted by colour, fabric and temperature before it goes near a drum, and anything marked hand-wash or dry-clean-only is pulled out by hand.
The things people ask.
Leave the bag with a neighbour, a concierge, or somewhere safe and say where in the notes when you book. The driver photographs the collection and the drop-off either way.
The bag is weighed on calibrated scales when it arrives and charged on the real weight, not the estimate you gave. If it comes in under, the difference is refunded. A full black bin bag is usually 6 to 8kg.
Yes, for wash, dry, fold and press. Choose a collection window that starts at or before 10am and it comes back between 6pm and 8pm the same evening. Dry cleaning, duvets and specialist work take longer and are not offered on same day.
Every order carries £500 of cover. Raise it within seven days of delivery and it is investigated using the photos taken at each stage. If the fault was ours, it is paid out.
Send it with the bag and note it at checkout. The default is a fragrance-free, dermatologically tested detergent, with a separate hypoallergenic line for baby clothes at no extra cost.
